Where to buy Balam

Local home delivery is available now in the Greater Salt Lake area, while retail locations are still being added.

Bread delivered to your home. In the Greater Salt Lake area (Salt Lake City, South Salt Lake, Millcreek, Murray, Holladay, Cottonwood Heights, Midvale, Sandy, Draper, Taylorsville, West Valley City, West Jordan, South Jordan, Riverton, Herriman and Bountiful), you can order Balam for home delivery with a minimum order of two loaves. Delivery is free with four or more loaves. Delivery is $10 for orders of two or three loaves. Mix and match any flavors.

Fresh or frozen — your choice

Fresh — whole and unsliced. Fresh bread is delivered as a whole, unsliced loaf two days after you place your order. Enjoy it within two days of delivery, or freeze it if you will not finish it within that time.

Frozen — sliced and ready when you are. Frozen bread is delivered frozen and pre-sliced into 16 slices. Delivery is the next day, with same-day delivery possible for orders placed in the morning. Keep it in the freezer, then take out just the slices you need to toast or warm whenever you’re ready.

Retail availability

We are starting locally, with a focus on specialty food stores, gluten-free retailers, cafés, restaurants and other Utah partners that care about simple ingredients and distinctive bread. Confirmed retail locations will be added here.
